Who is eligible?
- Individuals and families
- Low-income households and low-income renter households
- Residents of Ontario who are on or eligible to be on the Centralized Waiting List (CWL) for social housing
- Individuals or families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, or with a history of homelessness
- Households receiving or needing support services that the community agency can provide and sustain

- Households already receiving a rental subsidy from the County of Wellington or similar agencies
- Households applying for hostel units
- Households seeking group home, nursing home, or retirement home accommodation
- Applicants who do not meet the program’s legal status requirements

- Coverage of eligible vacancy loss for landlords
