Who is eligible?

Eligible geographic areas

  • Projects near waterways: 110 m of a river or 77 m of a creek.
  • Projects in the designated floodway fringe area or designated floodway fringe limit area.
  • Projects adjacent to storm water retention basins.
  • Projects in the airport vicinity protection zone.
  • Projects in downtown Winnipeg, where the Downtown Winnipeg Zoning By-law No. 100/2004 may apply.
