Who is eligible?
- The applicant can be an individual, company, trust, estate, non-profit organization, condominium syndicate, or band council.
Who is not eligible
- Individual condominium owners in multi-unit residential buildings (only the syndicate of co-owners may apply for the entire building).
- Businesses or organizations applying for non-residential properties (the program is limited to properties with at least 50% residential use).
- Applicants wishing to conduct energy evaluations with organizations not authorized by Rénoclimat (only authorized advisors are recognized).
