- Most recent approved AGM minutes signed by two individuals with signing authority
- Current board of directors list with names, position, address, contact information, and years on the board
- Valid certificate of insurance identifying the City of Ottawa as an additional insured

Who is eligible?
- Non-profit based organizations that support recreation programming in the City of Ottawa.
- Organizations currently receiving Recreation Renewable Funding.
Who is not eligible
- Organizations that are not currently receiving Recreation Renewable Funding.
How to apply
- Complete the 2026 Funding Submission Report form.
- Submit the completed form by option 1 through an online file storage link or by option 2 by email to rec-info@ottawa.ca.
Processing and Agreement
- Completed funding submissions are reviewed as part of the 2026 Renewable Funding Program administration.
- The applicant certifies that the contribution received through the Recreation Renewable Funding Program was upheld and applied to programs and activities outlined as per Schedule A of the Contribution Agreement.
- Any unspent Recreation Funding must be returned to the City of Ottawa’s Recreation Funding Unit.
Additional information
- Only organizations currently receiving Recreation Renewable Funding should complete the 2026 Funding Submission Report form.
- Completed submissions must be received by the Recreation Funding Unit no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2026, 4 pm.
