- Other necessary, justifiable, and directly attributable expenses related to project delivery.

- Legal fees that are not directly linked to project delivery, including disputes with the Ministry, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
- Municipal taxes, permit or authorization costs, and fines.
- Advertising expenses linked to the project.
- Meals and accommodation.
