How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Complete the application form.
    • Gather the required supporting documents.
  • Step 2: Submit to AEA
    • Send the application by email, fax, mail, or in person.
  • Step 3: Pre-approval and project completion
    • Wait for AEA pre-approval before starting.
    • Complete the project within 4 months of pre-approval.
  • Step 4: Final submission
    • Submit final invoices or receipts and photos after completion.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed in the order received.
  • Only complete applications with all supporting documents are considered received.
  • The AEA may review technical feasibility, energy savings, and environmental benefits.
