Who is eligible?

  • Organizations that are registered as a charitable organization with CRA in Canada
  • Organizations that provide promising under-privileged students to pursue their dreams in a sport, culture or arts program

Selection criteria

  • Priority will be given to organizations dedicated to patients with Cancer or Alzheimer’s.
  • Priority will be given to hospice facilities and organizations that provide comfort and compassionate care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
  • Priority will be given to children’s hospitals that provide scientific and/or clinical advancement dedicated to improving the health of a child.

How to apply

  • Submit a standardized proposal including the organization’s legal name, contact first and last name, email, phone number, amount of funding requested, the organization’s CRA registration charitable number, a description of the proposed item or activity, and a letter describing the project or initiative’s activities, scheduling, intended impact, organization history, objectives, and experience.

Processing and Agreement

  • After the Board evaluates all request(s), approved funding will be determined in the final quarter of the current calendar year.
  • All candidates will receive notification on whether they received approval by December 31st.
