- Complete the application and send the form in a single email to rls@rls-sag-lac.org.
- Submit the request at least 7 days before the event, or at least 14 days in the specified peak periods.

Provide supporting documents
- Keep the participation proofs and transport invoices after the event.
- Provide the supporting documents within 30 days after the event for validation and final payment.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and must be complete.
- Selected organizations receive notice of the approved amount.
- After the event, proof of participation and invoices must be provided within 30 days.
- The payment is made after documents are received and validated.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted continuously until the budget is exhausted.
- One application is allowed per organization per year.
- The funding must be used only for participant transportation.
- Supporting documents must be submitted after the event for reimbursement.
