- Completed and signed form submitted in Excel format.
- Complete project business plan or project plan specifying the expected deliverables and impacts over three years.
- The organization’s most recent financial statements for the past two years and projected financial statements for three years, depending on the project.
- Board of directors resolution (or equivalent) authorizing the signatory of the financial assistance application.
- OQLF attestation or certification for organizations that employ 25 people or more; Aventure Écotourisme Québec Quality-Safety document for nature and adventure tourism businesses; confirmation of financial partners and Indigenous certificate or certification, if applicable.

- Businesses not complying with the francization process of the Office québécois de la langue française.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees for studies, consulting, design, engineering, and project support
- Equipment, technology, software, and installation costs directly needed for the project
- Construction, expansion, renovation, and other project delivery costs
- Project-related salaries, travel, and general expenses when specifically tied to the project
- Net taxes and certain eligible development or implementation costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Projects already completed or underway at the time of application
- Operating costs, debt service, losses, routine maintenance, and financing fees
- Marketing, advertising, legal fees, and cost overruns
- Acquisition of businesses, land, buildings, or non-tourism motor vehicles in several categories
- Projects in restricted sectors such as gambling, retail, restaurants, or alcohol sales

How to apply
- First validate your project’s eligibility with Tourisme Gaspésie by making an appointment with the business support coordination team.
- Complete the EPRTNT financial assistance application form 25-27 Gaspésie region.
- Submit the form, along with all required documents, on the program platform in the Member Area.

- The application is reviewed after submission and incomplete files are held until all required documents are received.
- Applicants may need a prior eligibility meeting before filing.
