Processing and Agreement

  • Selected applicants are invited to sign a contribution agreement within 30 days of notification.
  • Funding is paid through periodic reimbursements based on submitted claims for incurred and paid eligible costs.
  • Recipients must provide periodic progress reports and annual financial statements during implementation.
