How to apply

- Step 2
- Complete the online application in English, French, Russian, or Spanish.
- Provide references and all required answers.
- Step 3
- Submit the final application through the online system before the deadline.
- Use the confirmation screen and email to verify submission.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are screened by staff for eligibility and references.
- Eligible applications are reviewed and scored by the Programme Advisory Committee.
- Final selections are approved by the International Steering Committee.
- Selected applicants are contacted to update the work plan and budget and to arrange fund disbursement.
- Grantees must submit six-month progress updates and annual narrative and financial reports.

- Only one proposal per group or network is allowed.
- Offline drafts may be prepared, but the final application must be submitted online.
