Processing and Agreement
- Applications are screened by staff for eligibility and references.
- Eligible applications are reviewed and scored by the Programme Advisory Committee.
- Final selections are approved by the International Steering Committee.

- Grantees must submit six-month progress updates and annual narrative and financial reports.

- Only one proposal per group or network is allowed.
- Offline drafts may be prepared, but the final application must be submitted online.
