Who is eligible?

  • Current Énergir clients

Eligible expenses

  • Professional service fees for continuous follow-up, including the preparation and annual drafting of the follow-up report.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Measures that substitute one energy source for another
  • Equipment replacement measures, process measures, tariff optimization, and maintenance measures
  • Measures eligible under Énergir prescriptive, feasibility study, or implementation encouragement programs

How to apply

  • Fill in tab 1 of Formulaire I, Demande au volet remise au point, and attach Formulaire II, Plan simplifié, or a planning report containing the required information.
  • Submit the application to Énergir in Excel format with the Plan simplifié in PDF format, with the applicant and the accredited agent.
  • For the investigation phase, complete tabs 2, 3, and 6 of Formulaire I and attach the investigation report.
  • For the implementation and transfer phase, complete tabs 4, 5, and 6 of Formulaire I and attach the implementation report and the invoices for the measures carried out.
  • For the continuous follow-up phase, complete tab 6 of Formulaire I and attach the follow-up report and Formulaire III.

Processing and Agreement

  • Énergir reviews the admissibility request and confirms acceptance or refusal, the amount granted, the execution deadline, and the conditions in writing.
  • Énergir may request clarifications or modifications to the plan, the investigation report, or the implementation report before approving the project.
  • If a report is not satisfactory, Énergir may suspend the request until an acceptable version is received.
  • For the follow-up phase, Énergir reviews the follow-up report and confirms acceptance or refusal of the aid and the amount granted in writing.
