Who is eligible?
- Low-income families and individuals in Barrie
- Permanent full-time residents of Barrie
- Family applications for households of 2 persons or more when the primary applicant is married or in a common-law relationship, or when benefits are for immediate family members or other dependents living in the same household for which the applicant is the primary caregiver
Who is not eligible
- Individual applicants under 18
- Individual applicants aged 18 to 24 who are enrolled in a full-time post-secondary education program
- Individual applicants who are married or living in a legally recognized common-law relationship
- Individual applicants with dependants

- Registration fee for qualifying programs and activities

- Private or semi-private swimming and skating lessons

- 1:1 Inclusion Support Services
