Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed and evaluated by the Oceanside Services Recreation Grants Sub-committee.
- The Sub-committee forwards recommendations to the Oceanside Services Committee and then to the Regional Board for approval.
- Applicants are notified of approval status.
- Some applications may be approved in principle with conditions before funds are released.
- Successful recipients must use the funds for the approved purpose and may need a formal agreement depending on the application.
Additional information
- Two funding categories are available: Youth specific and Community.
- Successful recipients must submit a summary report within 30 days after project completion.
- Organizations may submit more than one application per term for separate projects.
- Projects should be recognized in RDN project promotions or signage when possible.
