How to apply

- Send the completed application to the Legislative Services Department of the Regional District of Nanaimo.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Community Grants Committee.
- The Committee makes recommendations to the RDN Board.
- Applicants are notified in writing of the decision.
- Successful recipients must report back in writing after the funds are spent.
- Unused grant funds must be refunded to the Regional District of Nanaimo.
