- Project-related materials and supplies
- Design, architectural, or engineering fees for the façade work
- Tool and equipment rental
- PST and shipping/freight

- Staff wages and benefits
- Purchase of construction tools or equipment
- Utilities, GST, duties, and permit fees
- Improvements not visible from the public right of way
- Work started before approval

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by RDBN staff for eligibility.
- Eligible applications are evaluated and recommended for final approval.
- Applicants are notified in writing of approval, denial, or conditional approval.
- Approved applicants receive a Letter of Understanding to sign.
- Reimbursement is issued after completion and verification of expenses and inspections, when required.
