The Créavenir program, offered by Desjardins in collaboration with the MRC de La Vallée-du-Richelieu, provides young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 39 with access to credit of up to $15,000, mentorship, and potential bursaries. It is designed to support those ineligible for traditional financing and can be used for business startup and growth activities.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be an entrepreneur aged 18 to 39 years.
- The business project must be led by someone who does not qualify for traditional financing.

Eligible expenses
- Working capital requirements directly related to the realization of the business project for up to two years, based on justified and reasonable expenses.
- Capital expenditures strictly and directly connected to the project, including acquisition of technology, land, buildings, equipment, machinery, and vehicles, as well as construction, expansion, renovation, and the layout of land and premises.
- Professional fees related to preliminary activities such as feasibility studies, external audits, or impact assessments.
- Professional fees directly tied to project implementation, including integration of technology, equipment, and machinery, and costs associated with acquisition, construction, renovation, or improvement of land and premises.
- Costs for acquiring business ownership titles (voting shares or units) and business assets, as well as professional fees tied strictly to business transactions, acquisition, and management transition (for entrepreneurial succession projects).
