The scholarship provides up to $2,590 to support governance training for eligible registered charity leaders. It funds participation in the IAS-Rotman Essential Governance Program to build governance and leadership skills.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be an administrator or executive director of a registered charity.
- The registered charity must have a mission to improve the community it serves.
- The applicant must be able to demonstrate financial need for support.
- The applicant must intend to participate in the IAS-Rotman Essential Governance Program.
