This funding provides up to $2,000 annually per project. It supports BIPOC-led initiatives that advance racial justice in Canada’s worker co-op sector through promotion, development, and/or education activities.

- The project must be led by individuals who are Black, Indigenous, or other People of Colour (BIPOC), or by groups that are majority BIPOC.
- The project must support racial justice in Canada’s worker co-operative sector.
- The project must focus on promotion, development, and/or education initiatives.
