How to apply
- Step 1: Review program information and determine eligibility

- Optional online information sessions are available.
- Step 2: Create or update your GrantSource profile
- Log in to GrantSource or register a new profile.
- Access open applications in the portal.
- Step 3: Complete and submit the online application
- Answer the two Phase 1 questions in the application.
- Submit the application through GrantSource by the deadline.
- Step 4: Complete Phase 2 if invited
- Selected applicants answer additional questions.
- Responses may be submitted in writing, by meeting, phone call, video, voice note, or another format.
- Step 5: Receive funding decision
- Final funding decisions are announced by the end of April.

- Applications are reviewed by the Community Design Team.
- Selected applicants are invited to Phase 2 with additional questions.
- Funding decisions are finalized by the end of April.
- Grantees may be invited to ongoing conversations and shared learning.
