Who is eligible?
- Citizens of Canada or permanent residents living in Quebec.

- Round-trip transport between Quebec and Nordic countries in economy class.
- Webinar, artistic production, translation, podcast/video or online course delivery costs.
- Travel-related costs such as visas, insurance, greenhouse gas fees, and transport of instruments or artworks.
- Daily allowances, artist fees, venue or equipment rental, and project-related materials or equipment.
- Publication, promotion, and dissemination costs linked to the project.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Operating costs and staff salaries.
- Expenses already covered by another government funding program.
- Usual operating expenses of the applicant.
- Expenses incurred before 2025 or before funding confirmation.
- First-class travel and excess baggage fees.
Eligible geographic areas
- Quebec.
- Nordic countries, including Denmark, Finland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and Åland.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed jointly by Quebec and Nordic authorities, with input from relevant Quebec sector ministries.
- Final selection is made by the Quebec Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie and the Ministry of Culture and Communications.
- Selected projects and funding amounts are decided by the Quebec authorities.
- Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
