How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the project file
    • Define the bilateral project and its Quebec and Louisiana partners.

    • File the application as instructed by the program.
    • Ensure the dossier is complete at the time of submission.
  • Step 3: Review and decision
    • The ministry reviews the application with partner organizations.
    • The ministry makes the final selection and determines the amount awarded.
  • Step 4: Receive payment and report
    • The first payment is made upon project selection.

  • Projects are reviewed by the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie with partner organizations.
  • The ministry keeps final responsibility for selecting projects and determining the amounts awarded.
