How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the project presentation form.
- Prepare the budget and required supporting documents.
- Include the logical framework, results framework, risk register, and activity calendar.
- Step 2: Send the application
- Email the completed form and supporting documents to the program contact.
- Submit before the application deadline.
- Step 3: Wait for review
- The ministry reviews applications after the annual deadline.
- Decisions are communicated after evaluation.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed once a year after the deadline.
- Eligible submissions are assessed by zone-based subcommittees and then by a selection committee.
- The ministry gives the final approval before official notification.
- Applicants receive a mailed decision, usually in July, followed by an email with conditions or comments if applicable.
