Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the MRIF with the Bureau du Québec à Barcelone and relevant sector ministries.
- The MRIF makes the final selection and decides the amounts awarded, except for cultural projects funded by the MCC.

- Funding is confirmed only after selection and acceptance of the program conditions.
