Who is eligible?

  • Women entrepreneurs and women businesswomen residing in Quebec
  • Women solopreneurs
  • Women executives, managers, professionals, associates, and women engaged in their community
  • Businesses and organizations applying in the organization categories
  • Organizations that support diversity or female entrepreneurship, or are certified in relation to responsible practices, ESG factors, or female ownership

Who is not eligible

  • Applicants may not submit in a category presented by their employer or organization
  • Only one application may be retained from the same company or organization, except for Leader d’influence – Engagement social
  • Former laureates must apply in another category, and a former president of honour must wait two years after the end of her mandate before applying
  • Municipal, provincial, or federal elected officials, and elected officials in a Crown corporation or parapublic organization, are not eligible
  • PFAQ ambassadors, employees, management committee members, board members, or mutual aid cell leaders of the Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec are not eligible

  • The exceptional and remarkable nature of the candidate’s actions and achievements
  • Her innovative mindset, leadership, determination, and overall skills
  • Her significant contribution to the success of the company or organization, including emergence, growth, merger, and diversification

How to apply

  • Review the evaluation grid for your category and make sure you meet the listed criteria.
  • Gather all required attachments before starting your application.
  • Prepare the application offline, because progress cannot be saved online.
  • Complete the online form while respecting the character limits and having your financial figures ready.
  • Submit the form by 12 June 2026 at 23:59, then use the automatic email from prix@rfaq.ca to upload your attachments within 24 hours.

Processing and Agreement

  • After submission, an automatic email from prix@rfaq.ca confirms receipt and provides a link to upload attachments within 24 hours.
  • The PFAQ team validates all applications submitted within the required deadline.
  • The applications are then sent to the selection committee, which studies and weighs each file before forwarding the retained files to the jury.
  • The jury weighs each file again, selects three finalists and one laureate per category, and its decision is final; all files are destroyed in the days following the awards gala.
