- If you do not have a veterinarian, consult the OMVQ member directory.
- Participate in an eligible project to benefit automatically from the aid.
- For Volet 2, complete the financial aid application form and the project cost appendix and send them to pisaq@mapaq.gouv.qc.ca before the deadline in force.
Processing and Agreement
- The veterinarian receives the aid on behalf of the farm and deducts it from the invoice.
- Complete and eligible files are analyzed by representatives of the minister.
- In Volet 2, complete and eligible applications are analyzed by a selection committee composed of representatives of the minister.
- If payments are to be made to a third party, the third-party mandate form must be completed each time to avoid refusals or payment errors.
- For the special raccoon rabies measure, veterinary records must be sent as PDF by email to pisaq@mapaq.gouv.qc.ca; records transferred through Flora are not accepted.
