Québec Perspective Scholarship updates
The Québec Perspective Scholarship pages now point to a temporary outage notice in the student financial assistance portal, which affects access to the file, the simulator, and related online services. The current-year attestation form 1810 also appears to have been updated, with a larger PDF file and new content that adds a permanent-disability situation alongside the existing full-time study attestation guidance. The main scholarship pages, application instructions, and funding details otherwise remain unchanged.
