Who is eligible?
- College students in eligible technical programs.
- University students in eligible programs.
- Students in full-time or deemed full-time studies.

- Students in programs not listed as eligible.
- Students who are not Québec residents.
- Students who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Remedial or prerequisite courses.
- Co-op practicum courses.
- Courses already credited.
- Recognized prior learning or course equivalencies.
- Courses not required for the diploma.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are processed through the Student Financial Assistance File or by mail.
- Applications are reviewed after submission and a decision is uploaded or sent by mail.

- The scholarship is awarded after each completed study term.
- The amount received is considered income and a tax slip is issued at year-end.
