How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the consortium project proposal
    • Build a Québec–Korea partnership.
    • Confirm the project fits the program scope and Québec PSO requirements.
  • Step 2: Submit the application
    • File the project application with InnovÉÉ.
  • Step 3: Await review and decision
    • InnovÉÉ evaluates the application.
    • Successful projects are then forwarded for final approval by the MEIE.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first reviewed by InnovÉÉ.
  • Results are typically announced 4 to 6 weeks after submission.
  • Approved projects are then submitted for final approval to the MEIE.
  • A signed IP management agreement between partners must be in place before the project starts.
