  • IVF using previously frozen eggs or frozen embryos
  • Required IVF medications obtained through the participating clinic
  • ICSI, additional one-at-a-time embryo transfer, embryo storage up to one year, and repeat cycle components within the funding period

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Non-IVF fertility treatments and testing beyond MSP coverage
  • Preimplantation genetic testing
  • Fertility preservation services such as egg, embryo, or sperm freezing
  • Donor egg or donor sperm purchase costs, surrogacy-related costs, travel, and accommodation
  • Retroactive funding or reimbursement for earlier treatment
