How to apply

  • Step 2: Complete the application package

  • Step 3: Submit by email
    • Send the application to the Ministry by the deadline.
    • Include the ARTM copy, if your organization is in the Montreal region.
  • Step 4: Await review
    • The Ministry may request additional information before deciding.

Processing and Agreement

  • The application is reviewed by the Ministry for eligibility and available funding.
  • The Ministry may contact the applicant for additional information or documents.
  • Only the Minister can decide whether aid is granted and when it is paid.
  • Funding payments may be delayed, reduced, cancelled, or recovered if conditions are not met.
