Processing and Agreement

- The Ministry may contact the applicant for additional information or documents.
- Only the Minister can decide whether aid is granted and when it is paid.
- Funding payments may be delayed, reduced, cancelled, or recovered if conditions are not met.

- The beneficiary must mention the financial support of the Government of Quebec and the Government of Canada in public communications.
