How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application

- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the completed three-year plan to pmhp-prpm@gnb.ca.
- Submit as early as possible to allow time for corrections.
Processing and Agreement

- The department must be informed in advance of changes to the statement of work.
- Invoices are submitted after claims are received, with a final deadline of March 31.
