How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Complete the application form and schedules A, B, and C.
    • Have the plan signed by the local government.
  • Step 2: Gather project details
    • Include work location, project limits, and total approximate length.
    • Provide estimated costs for eligible and non-eligible items.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the completed three-year plan to pmhp-prpm@gnb.ca.
    • Submit as early as possible to allow time for corrections.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed against program criteria and funding availability.
  • Large projects may be less likely to be funded and may need to be phased.
  • Approved projects move to tendering and construction preparation.
  • The department must be informed in advance of changes to the statement of work.
  • Invoices are submitted after claims are received, with a final deadline of March 31.
