  • Non-budgetary organizations listed in Schedule 2 of the Financial Administration Act.
  • Education and health network organizations whose property is eligible for funding from their own ministry.
  • Museum institutions, for movable heritage, artwork, and organ projects.

Eligible expenses

  • Major structural and restoration work on eligible religious buildings.
  • Fire detection and suppression systems and electrical safety components.
  • Preparatory studies and professional fees for specialists.
  • Restoration work and related professional fees for movable heritage, artworks, and organs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Expenses linked to companies listed in the RENA register.
  • Work carried out entirely in-house, where the program requires contracted construction work.
  • Projects outside the eligible heritage categories defined by the program.

Processing and Agreement

  • The application is reviewed by the regional concertation table or the Council, depending on the project.
  • Eligible projects are prioritized and recommended to the Minister.
  • If approved, the beneficiary signs a funding agreement before work begins.
  • Payments are made after invoice and proof of payment are submitted.
  • The Council performs a final verification and reports the results to the Minister.
