- Organizations serving local communities in Prospera’s trade areas
- Charities working in business, health, or education
Who is not eligible
- For-profit organizations
- Religious organizations, except non-denominational activities open to all
- Organizations outside Prospera’s trade areas
- Direct applications for individuals
- Individual sports teams, clubs, or leagues
Eligible expenses
- Funding requests to improve charity operations, such as accounting systems, websites, or staffing support

- Conferences or training
- Community events and festivals
- Fundraiser or gala events
- Touring, hospitality, or travel costs

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed within 5 to 6 weeks.
- The Foundation may contact applicants with additional questions.
- Funding decisions are communicated by the end of September.
- Approved projects receive grant disbursement in October.

- Applicants must have charitable status with the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Applications are submitted through DoSomeGood.ca.
- A final impact report is required within three months of project completion.
- Projects should normally be completed within 12 months of funding.
