Promotional Items

• The request must relate to an activity or event that directly benefits a SaskWater customer, a potential customer community, or a community where SaskWater offices are located.

• Event organizers and community organizations seeking promotional item donations for eligible Saskatchewan communities

Eligible expenses

• Donated promotional items featuring the SaskWater logo

Ineligible Costs and Activities

Eligible geographic areas

• Saskatchewan (communities that are SaskWater customer communities, potential customer communities, or communities where SaskWater offices are located)

• Describe the event or activity and its date.
• Explain how the promotional item donation will directly benefit a SaskWater customer, potential customer community, or a community where SaskWater offices are located.

• Send the request by email.
• If email is not available, submit in writing by fax or by mail.

• Ensure promotional item requests are received at least two weeks prior to the event.

• Promotional item donations are described as philanthropic, with no expectation of significant benefit or recognition in return.
• Requests must be submitted in advance of the event (timing requirements apply).
