Selection criteria
- The support amount is determined according to the origin of participants, the organization’s actual needs, and the City of Saguenay’s available budget.
How to apply
- Fill out the form.
- Send the duly completed request no later than two months before the event by email to evenementsportif@ville.saguenay.qc.ca.
Processing and Agreement
- Component 1 : the amount awarded is confirmed as soon as possible upon receipt of the application.
- Component 1 : payment is made after the event and upon receipt of proof that the event took place and, if applicable, proof of rental of a sports facility.
- Component 2 : the amount awarded is confirmed and paid after the event based on the overnight stays booked with the hotelier following the event.
- Additional elements could be requested for the analysis of the application.

Promotion Saguenay component: legally incorporated organization, event on the territory of Saguenay, at least 50 attributable overnight stays and local purchasing encouraged.
