Processing and Agreement
- Financial assistance is paid once all necessary conditions have been met.
- For contributions over 10 000 $, the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the applicant and Promotion Saguenay is required.
- An initial payment of 50 % is made following the signing of the protocol.
- A second payment of 50 % is made following the submission of the final report, which must include financial results, attendance, and the achievement of the event’s objectives.
