- OBNLs created under Part III of the Quebec Companies Act, when they are social economy enterprises that meet Annex A conditions.
- Any legal form is admissible.
Who is not eligible
- Organizations of the Government of Quebec or organizations that manage a program of the Government of Quebec, including Centres de la petite enfance (CPE), services de soutien à domicile, centres de périnatalité, services éducatifs, Centres locaux de développement (CLD), Carrefours Jeunesse Emploi (CJE), Municipalités régionales de comté (MRC or equivalent), and Conférences régionales des élus (CRÉ).
- OBNLs created under Part III of the Quebec Companies Act that are not social economy enterprises meeting Annex A conditions.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Housing projects.
- Businesses whose activities consist only of subcontracting or the privatization of operations or certain operations that would only move an economic activity and jobs from one organization to another.
