- Graduates of Cégep de Jonquière.

- Dating agencies, war games, tarot, numerology, astrology, and personal development courses.
- Bed-and-breakfasts, family inns, and similar lodging projects.
- Any other project deemed unsuitable by the selection committee or the board of directors.
Eligible expenses
- Capital expenditures such as land, building, equipment, machinery, rolling stock, business registration fees, and similar expenses, excluding goodwill expenses.
- Acquisition of technologies, software or software packages, patents, and similar expenses, excluding research and development activities.
- Working capital strictly related to the business's operations, calculated for the first year of operation.

- Operating an organization, financing debt service, or repaying a loan.
