grant_single_labels|admissibility
- The applicant must be a non-profit organization legally established under the laws of the Government of Quebec or Canada and have a physical presence in Quebec.
- The primary mandate of the non-profit organization should be economic development.
- Education network organizations and educational institutions in Quebec are eligible.
- The applicant must not be or use the services of subcontractors listed on the Public Contracts Registry's list of ineligible enterprises.
- The applicant must have fulfilled all obligations related to any prior financial assistance received from the Quebec Government or Investissement Québec for at least two years.
- The applicant must not be a state-owned enterprise or an entity controlled directly or indirectly by a governmental body (municipal, provincial, or federal) or by a municipal entity.
- The applicant must not be a for-profit enterprise with an establishment in Quebec.
- The applicant must not be involved in any unethical practices or offer products or services that could undermine the integrity or credibility of the Quebec Government.

- Organizations currently bankrupt or insolvent.
- Enterprises or organizations committing ethical breaches or offering products or services that could compromise the integrity or probity of the Quebec government.

- Consulting fees.
- Travel and accommodation expenses for visitors within Quebec.

- Fees for using a virtual business exhibition platform.
- Server costs.
- Costs for renting and managing a television set and control room.

Preparation of required documents
Attach the following documents to your application:
- A detailed description of the project and its financial structure.
- The financial statements from the last two years (or projected statements for a startup organization).
- Service offers and partnerships, if applicable.
- A statement of compliance with the Employment
- Equity Program (if applicable).
- A francization certificate (if applicable).
Any other document required according to the nature of the project, such as:
- Market study
- Marketing plan
- CVs of the candidates
- Demonstration of the project's eco-responsibility, etc.

Accountability (after receiving assistance)
