- Speaker fees and event participation fees
- Display materials and equipment rental or purchase
- Transportation of equipment for demonstrations

- Travel, meals, and hotel costs, except speaker travel under Option 2
- Salaries and wages, in-kind costs, capital equipment and machinery costs

Processing and Agreement
- Completed applications are reviewed by the Ministry
- Only complete applications are assessed
- Applications are evaluated for alignment with eligible activities
- Successful applicants receive an approval letter by email
- Claims are reviewed and eligible costs are reimbursed

- Eligible recipients must comply with environmental, labour, tax, and other applicable laws.
- Applicants must agree to the publication of certain project and funding information.
- Recipients must be registered with Transfer Payment Ontario and Supply Ontario.
- Claims are submitted with the annual return and must be supported by invoices and proof of payment for local materials projects.
