The Project Funding for organizations page now shows a deadline of August 19, 2026 at 17 h instead of February 25, 2026 at 17 h. The call schedule now lists November 12, 2025, February 26, 2026 and August 19, 2026, and the project-completion note now says the project must not be completed before November 2, 2026. Eligibility wording also changed: the eligible project list now adds production support and removes the separate research/creation-production phrasing, while the application resources and outbound links were updated, including the previously awarded grants reference and the information-session registration link.

- General or limited partnerships
- Individual artists and artists’ collectives
- Organizations that receive operations support from the Conseil’s General Funding Program
- Public or para-public organizations representing governments or municipal corporations, and organizations dedicated to teaching, education, and professional training
- Organizations that have already submitted an application during the financial year, unless the application has been declared inadmissible by the CAM; cultural magazines with less than one year of publication activity, fewer than two issues a year, or free distribution; and, in specific cases, broadcasting organizations that receive support or a mandate from the City of Montreal for broadcasting activities

How to apply
- Step 1: Create or access your ORORA account
- Use the ORORA online portal to prepare your application.
- Make sure the organization profile is complete and up to date.
- Step 2: Prepare the application
- Complete the application form in French.
- Prepare the project description and budget.
- Gather the required supporting documents and links.
- Step 3: Submit online
- Upload the application through ORORA before the deadline.
- Check that all required information is included before submitting.
- Step 4: Await the decision
- Monitor ORORA and email for the results.
- The result is communicated after the evaluation period.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by peer evaluation committees.
- Assessment is based on merit, program priorities, and available budgets.
