- Accessibility expenses and small infrastructure upgrades linked to the project.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Debt or loan repayment.
- Regular operating expenses, including rent, mortgage, and utilities.
- Existing staff salaries not directly tied to the project.
- Major capital purchases or building renovations.
- Activities that are illegal, discriminatory, fundraising, contests, or political campaigning.

- Step 2: Start the application.

- Open a draft application and save your work as you go.
- Step 3: Complete the required form sections.
- Enter project details, budget, timeline, and support material.
- Upload budget support and any required attachments.
- Step 4: Validate and submit.
- Use the platform’s validation check to review missing items.
- Submit before the deadline and wait for email confirmation.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by peer assessment committees and staff.
- Applications are scored against the program considerations.
