- Organizations already supported for operations by the Council or other government bodies

- Organizations with annual or multi-year financial agreements with the City of Longueuil
- Public, para-public, municipal, and government-agent organizations
- Organizations devoted exclusively to teaching, education, or vocational training

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a panel of peers specialized in the relevant field

- Applicants receive a written response within two to three months after the jury meeting
- Decisions are final and without appeal

- Applicants must have a satisfactory final report to be eligible for a new funding request.
