Eligible expenses

Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Taxes, customs fees, delivery, and installation costs.
- Promotional items, gifts, and team uniforms.
- Administrative overhead, including salaries and indirect management costs.
- Projects outside the region or activities already funded by the RLS or MEQ.
- Recurring requests without new elements or applications with incomplete documentation.
