• The project must aim to improve animal well-being.
• The project should contribute either directly through on-the-ground support or indirectly through knowledge sharing and training.
• The project should align with one or more program objectives (e.g., improving conditions for shelter animals, street dogs, farm animals, domestic animals, horses, or protected species).

Who is eligible?

• Animal shelters
• Street animal associations
• Non-profit organizations working in animal welfare
• Animal nurseries and farms
• Organizations working with domestic animals, wild animals, protected species, horses, or livestock (at the committee’s discretion)

Ineligible Costs and Activities

Eligible geographic areas

• Quebec
• Francophone regions outside Quebec

• The program’s primary focus is improving the well-being of dogs.
• The managing committee reserves the right to fund projects involving other animal species.
• Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
