- Persons employed by the Fondation Trois-Rivières durable, by Innovation et Développement Économique Trois-Rivières, or by the City of Trois-Rivières, as well as members of the City of Trois-Rivières Council
Eligible expenses
- Salaries and employee benefits attributable to the coordination, supervision, and implementation of the project, as well as travel expenses
- Fees for external services associated with human resources, specialists, and consultants
- Costs related to the acquisition of materials, tools, and light equipment, as well as machinery or equipment rental costs
- Logistics and promotion costs
- Administration and office costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs incurred before the submission date or after the end of the period covered by the financial assistance agreement
- Costs related to the organization's IT equipment and infrastructure, brand image or website design, and the purchase of alcoholic beverages
- Expenses related to the organization's regular activities beyond 5 % the amount of the grant
- The portion of sales taxes (GST and QST) and other costs for which the organization is entitled to a refund
- Costs related to activities not provided for in the agreement or not approved by the Evaluation Committee before their implementation, as well as costs incurred when requesting clarification or additional documents

- Relevance of the project: contribution to the objectives of the City's Sustainable Development Policy, number of people reached, and number of citizens involved or participating
- Innovative nature of the project; projects that essentially reproduce activities already funded or that show little innovation may be considered less of a priority

- Community mobilization, experience, and credibility of the applicant
- Financial structure and work plan
How to apply
- Fill out the application form provided for that purpose with the required attachments
- Return the application by email in its original format to eclore@3rdurable.org before 23 h 59, the 1st of March or the 1st of October each year
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after each deposit date by the evaluation committee
- The committee assesses eligibility and project quality based on the program criteria
- Projects must reach a minimum score of 60% to be eligible for funding
- Applicants are notified after review and a funding agreement is required before payment
- Final or interim reporting is required before the last payment, and changes to the project must be approved

- Only one project may be submitted per deposit date.
- Projects already funded under this program must be fully reported before a new application.
- Communications related to the project must be approved before publication.
- The program is managed by Fondation Trois-Rivières durable.
