How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application

- Prepare the activity schedule and budget planning file.
- Gather the required supporting documents for the selected stream.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the complete application package through the program submission process.
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
- Step 3: Review and approval
- The Ministry reviews eligibility and evaluates the project.
- If selected, a confirmation letter and funding agreement are issued.
Processing and Agreement
- The Ministry first checks the applicant’s and project’s eligibility.
- Eligible applications are assessed and prioritized against selection criteria.
- The Minister decides which projects are selected and sends a confirmation letter.
- A funding agreement is signed, and for Stream 2 a works agreement is also required.
- Reports and financial documents are reviewed before later payments are released.

- The current regulatory framework is extended until March 31, 2027.
- Projects must be completed by March 31, 2030.
