- Small-scale digitization is eligible only when part of a clearly defined research project completed within the required timeframe and following recognized standards for production, preservation, and metadata dissemination.
- The project may align with the program’s focus areas (e.g., collaborative cataloguing, archives and manuscripts access, preservation/conservation, or collection-level research).
