- Building, vehicle, land, or real estate purchases and renovations
- General operating costs not directly linked to the project

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first checked for program eligibility.
- Eligible applications are assessed by a selection committee.
- The FAQDD confirms the decision and the funding amount by letter.
- A funding agreement is then signed before payments are made.
- Payments and reporting obligations are carried out according to the agreement.

- Projects are funded through calls for proposals managed by the FAQDD.
- The program has two streams: national projects and local/regional projects.
- Projects must be completed within three years, unless an approved extension is granted.
- One organization cannot receive support for more than two projects in the same call for proposals.
