Who is eligible?

  • Regional Metropolitan Transport Authority (ARTM).
  • Public transit companies established under Quebec law.

  • Applicants that failed to meet previous funding obligations to the Ministry within the last two years.
  • Businesses listed in Quebec’s Register of Enterprises Ineligible for Public Contracts (RENA).

Eligible expenses

  • Operating costs directly tied to adapted transport service delivery, including dispatch, vehicle operation, contracted transport, and user coordination.
  • Costs for learning projects, including trainers’ salaries, direct project operating costs, promotion, and room bookings.
  • Planning and implementation costs for interconnection initiatives, including professional fees and technology acquisition.
